Whether you are a novice or a veteran of the crypto trading industry, the reality is that at some point you are going to need some help with your trades.

The crypto trading industry has exploded over the last few years, resulting in there being an unprecedented level of competition.

Whether you know everything there is to know about crypto trading or not unless you have a professional bot that can help you with certain aspects of it, you’re going to fall behind.

Let’s review Apex Trader, which is one of many crypto bots, and determine whether you should use them or not.

How Old is Apex Trader?

Apex Trader has been around since 2018 and is based in England. They haven’t amassed the kind of following that they were hoping for, but they continue to share updates on their social media accounts and website in regards to trading bot offerings.

They offer a service for their clients that is web-based, which includes a point-and-click user interface. The platform has remote operations, allowing easy access for its users.

This means that you don’t need to install the Apex application on your computer to monitor and manage your trading bot.

What Kind of Reputation Does Apex Trader Have?

Apex Trader Stat

Apex Trader hasn’t spent too much time making its features and platform stand out as others in the same arena. It doesn’t have a big fan base yet, especially when you compare it to similar platforms that have been around for the same amount of time.

It does have critics and fans alike and offers its clients a modern aesthetic, which is preferable to some.

There are many people who have said that it isn’t the most user-friendly trading bot, but it is supposed to offer a wealth of knowledge to its users.

What Exchanges Are Compatible with Apex Trader?

Apex Trader Desktop-Tab

Apex Trader supports a number of different crypto exchanges, including Binance, Kraken, KuCoin, and Bybit. This means that it can offer a lot of its clients exchanges that are based in the U.S., where cryptocurrency is particularly popular.

There is a chance that they will add exchanges to this list in the future, but there are no guarantees.

How Much Does Apex Trader Cost?

Apex Trader has two different packages for you to choose from, and their first package is going to cost you $30 a month, while their second is going to cost you $60 a month.

Their packages are divided between exchanges, which means that you can access Binance, Kraken, and KuCoin with their first package, and ByBit on their second package.

There is no side-by-side comparison of their packages that we could find on the website, but they do say that they offer their clients a free trial for seven days if you are a new user.

Ease of Use

Apex Trader appears to have an advantage in the form of its ease-of-use features, which comprise mostly its point-and-click interface. This means that you will be able to make the most of their dashboard, but if you haven’t got any prior experience as a code, you might find it difficult to get started, especially when it comes to setting up your strategies.

Of course, this isn’t going to put off someone who has a lot of experience in the crypto trading arena, but if you don’t you could end up getting pretty frustrated.

They say that they have an FAQ section to make this aspect easier, but to be honest we think that this could be a bit more comprehensive.

Settings Available

Apex Trader Settings

Apex Trader does offer its clients automation, bull/sell, auto-reverse trading, and auto dollar-cost averaging features.

Apex Trader offers its clients the option to play around with both basic and advanced settings, but the platform lacks basic backtesting, an important part of crypto trading. Despite all of the features that they claim to offer their clients, they don’t let their clients backtest any of their strategies.

This is cause for concern and right now there is no real reason why they are making this part of their company difficult. Of course, if you are a crypto trader, you need to be able to backtest your strategies before you send them out, otherwise, they could end up compromising your trades.

Customer Support

Apex Trader offers a relatively good level of customer support for its clients, including an email address and a ticketing mechanism.

They also say that you can get in touch with them through their social media channels, but they don’t have a phone number that you can use to talk to them about any issues, and they don’t have a live chat feature.

These are important because they allow for direct contact, so there’s something wrong with this picture.

Apex Trader Alternatives

As we have talked about above, Apex Trader is good if you are someone who has had prior trading experience, but if you aren’t, then you could run into a few problems.

This is because they don’t have a user-friendly interface for people who don’t have a lot of experience, so you’re going to go through a few challenges trying to set up your unique strategies.

The other big issue is that they don’t backtest. With these thoughts in mind, we suggest that you try Bitsgap or Quadency.

Both of these crypto bots can accommodate novices, so that you can get started securely, with tangible help for your trades.

Review Conclusion

Apex Trader is a relatively new company, which could be why they aren’t as comprehensive with their features as they could be.

They could offer their clients ways to implement strategies that don’t require you to know everything about coding, and they could offer the option of being able to backtest your strategies.

For these reasons, we have to suggest that you look elsewhere at alternative crypto trading bots like Bitsgap and Quadency so that you can get a good start in the crypto trading industry, without compromising on anything in the beginning.
