On April 7, 2011, Winair will be launching its new Website which will have a new look and feel.
Our website will provide all the required information our clients need with regards to our policies, procedures, news items, Specials and destination information.
The key main feature of the new improved website will be the launching of our enhanced Internet Booking Engine.
The new booking engine will feature the following new enhanced items:
1. Book and Hold Feature
2. Multiple Destinations
3. Enhanced Pricing Structure
The 3 features have been requirements of our customers and Winair strives to deliver the needs of our customer.
To better understand the new features, they are as follows:
Book and Hold
Clients can now book on our Internet Booking Engine and hold the booking for 24 hours in order to go to one of Winair’s Participating offices to pay for the booking.
This new feature allows clients that don’t have a credit card the opportunity to be able to enjoy the benefits of our website.
This new feature will be available on Saba, St. Eustatius, Dominica and St. Maarten. More destinations will be Island at a later date.
Multiple Destinations
Clients now have the opportunity to book more than one destination in the same booking. In the past, clients had to book 2 or 3 separate roundtrip or one-way tickets.
This new feature allows multiple destinations in one booking.
Enhanced Pricing Structure
Presently our clients booking on-line receive the cheapest fare available, however these fares are usually more restricted and some clients prefer to have the flexibility and freedom when it comes to changes and cancellations.
Our new enhanced features will offer clients the available fares on each flight. Each fare has different conditions with regards to changes and cancellations.
This enhancement allows the bargain hunters that will not change or cancel some lower restricted fares while the client that wants more freedom with regards to changes and cancellation will be able to take a higher fare with less restrictions.
So all in all, this new feature meets the needs of all our travelers
