We have to say that their pricing comes across as too good to be true, which means that their features aren’t only fake, but low quality.
Negatives:
- FAQ and Help Page: we couldn’t find anywhere anything to indicate that Get Viral is willing and prepared to help potential clients learn more about their company through FAQs, which is definitely disappointing. It means that you will have to go in blind, not really knowing what’s going on. However, we didn’t expect anything less from a company like this.

Their pricing is way too good to be true, they haven’t put enough effort into their website to make sure that their clients are safe, and they haven’t got any positive reviews on their webpage that backs what they claim about their features up. They are so shady, they have even been deleted from Trustpilot completely!

This company is a complete scam. I paid for 1000 followers. They said give it 72 hours, which is their refund time frame. I got the followers but they unfollowed just as fast. When contacting their support, they said they will refill the order & to give them 72 more hours. Its been 5 days n now they wont respond to email or chat. Itvsays nobody available. So i tried a different name & email and they answered right away. Thank goodness i saved their BS chats promising to refill the order so i can turn the chats in to my back to get my money back based on “order not received” DO NOT use this company!!!
ordered 5000 followers and never received them, emailed them 3 times and no response, SCAM ALERT
These guys are scammers I have left 4 emails and havent received a reply for 5 days and they are now $50 richer

Bunch of scamming assh**es ! They spike up the followers in a day and within the following week every single follower they delivered vanishes into thin air!
GetViral is a SCAM company. I have purchase for retweet service. They claim to finish the task within 2-6 hours. I have been waiting more than 24 hours, nothing happen. I have contact them through their contact form and email to their support. There was no response. This company is totally SCAM. Dont waste your time for this bs. I should go to fiver instead this SCAM company.
I wish I read this blog, my card company already labeled this company scam. They haven’t replied to me either.
A scam unfortunately, charged my card twice and received nothing. Messages them several times and was told the technical team would get back to me. Please avoid, very sad.
What supposedly was a push to my Instagram profile has become a downfall. My account is banned now. It is probably because of the bots used in this service and Instagram’s consistently improving detection system that found this out. I wish I could still get my account back. Moving forward if it doesn’t, I hope to try better alternatives soon.
Don’t use their services. I purchased 500 twitter followers and within 24 hours I received 400. They have a three day money back return policy so I asked them if my remaining followers would come. It took them a day to respond and they told me that I had received my full allotment and if I didn’t like it then I can get my money back. Another 100 over this past week have unfollowed me and now that I’ve asked for a refund, they won’t respond to me anymore. I assume the majority of the remaining 300 will unfollow me soon as well.
Avoid this scammer website
I got scam by them. Took 2 packages from them been 3 days and nothing. Contacted their live support who promised immediate reply but started ghosting me after asking me for screenshots of payment and credit card details. I email them who promised 24hours reply but no one replied. So disappointing please do not use them.
I had a horrible experience with GetViral and its customer service. I signed up bought followers pack; the next day, when I tried to log in to my account, I couldn’t and a message kept saying that I’m using the wrong email FFS! When I reached their support team, they took them ages to reply but ignored to solve my issue. I won’t continue using their services in requesting a refund and trying to get my account back!!!
I did a test run of $6 for the Soundcloud engagement, I did not receive my order. I am unsure if this is an issue about my order not going through and arriving from their end (it has already been charged on my card so it did go through). Or that they are purposely not delivering the work and keeping the cash. Sad day!
I don’t know what made me go with goviral when I knew of another friend who suffered from a instagram account suspension. The reviews I’ve read about getviral being one of the best was surely fake now that I look back but I still went ahead and tried out their services anyway. What a scam, I paid and nothing was delivered. I guess that’s better than getting your account suspended? LOL
I tried using GetViral several times, and each time I’m buying followers from their website, Instagram blocks my account, this is due to the fake followers provided by them since it’s against the Instagram terms of service using such a tool; I’m risking my account every time. Now I’m planning to look for another good quality tool so I won’t lose my page.
Used Getviral once and got my account suspended that same day. Couldn’t figure out how to get my account back so had to start with a completely new one from scratch. Lost everything that I had, the followers, all gone. Customer service claims no responsibility over any of such an outcome.
