Zen Promo proudly states from the get-go that it’s an Instagram bot. It’s actually incredibly refreshing to see a company like this be upfront and honest about how they’re conducting their business.
Most third-party companies try to come across as something else when really all they are is an Instagram bot.
Now while we don’t completely condone the use of an Instagram bot, they aren’t all bad, either. You just have to be careful that your account doesn’t get banned by Instagram when you’re using them.

First, We’re Going to Talk About the Positives:
- Secure Site: another pleasant surprise from Zen Promo – they have a secure https site. So many of these websites and companies that we review haven’t bothered to set this up. It means that your information is going to be protected should you wish to share it, and they are more likely to rank on Google so you’ll be able to find them.
- Visible Prices: their website work quick and well, and their prices come up almost instantly when you click through to see them. We were also taken aback by how affordable their prices seem to be. At the end of the day, this is just an Instagram bot, so you can’t charge too much for it – but Zen Promo’s prices are particularly great.
- FAQ and Help Page: Zen Promo have set up an extensive FAQ and help page – but they’ve done you one better as well. They included a comprehensive list of all the FAQ’s real customers have asked them. This is a great way to get to know them a little better before you commit.
- Real Reviews: we were unsure about where to put this one because their reviews seem pretty dodgy – but at the same time, they could be real. They are long and in-depth with a lot of detail, and they are backed up by both first and last names. The photos of the people are bad quality, however, leading us to question the credibility of the reviews.
Now, We’re Going to Cover the Negatives:
- 24/7 Customer Support: the first thing we noticed about Zen Promo’s website when we were checking out their FAQ and help page is that they haven’t hired a customer support team that you can actually communicate with when something goes wrong. This is a shame and definitely a strike against them.
- Email and Phone Form: as is typical of these types of companies, Zen Promo hasn’t bothered to include an email and phone form for you to fill out when you commit to a service. This brings their accountability into question and makes you wonder about their services.

Is Zen Promo a Scam? Is Zen Promo Safe?
The biggest thing that we didn’t like is that Zen Promo claims to be a marketing campaigner, yet they’re nothing more than another Instagram bot.
Again, while we aren’t completely against bots, we do strongly advise caution when using them and don’t like the fact that Zen Promo hasn’t been honest about this.
To conclude, we don’t think Zen Promo is safe to use with your Instagram and recommend you look elsewhere.
