We are pleased to see that Socialmeep has remembered to secure their website with HTTPS. This means that if you choose to share any personal information on the site, they will be able to keep it safe from hackers and phishers.
It also means that you will find them easily when you Google search them, as they will rank a lot higher with this feature.

Socialmeep appears to be one of those companies that can’t give you enough information about their features. However, when it comes to their pricing, they are tight lipped.
This is strange, considering it is pretty important to be able to see a company’s price points before you commit to paying for their features. We consider this to be a pretty big red flag.

This is another thing that was pretty scarce when we checked out their website. Again, while they had a lot of information about what they claim to offer their clients on their homepage and elsewhere, we couldn’t technically find a section that was dedicated to FAQ’s.
Obviously, FAQs are pretty important so that you can find out as much as possible about a company before you use them.
24/7 Customer Support
Again, while Socialmeep made sure that their website is full of information, we couldn’t see anywhere an indication that they offered potential clients around the clock customer support.
If you are selling a service that is going to be ongoing and is going to require updates every now and then, you need to be able to provide your clients with pretty consistent customer support.
If you can’t come out, then they might run into a technical issue that they can’t get help with.
Email and Phone Form
Another pretty essential feature to have on websites like this is an email and phone form. This is so the company can get the right information from the client so that they can be in touch with them should anything change about their features.
The fact that Socialmeep hasn’t bothered to include this feature is another warning sign and means that they might be pretty hard to get in touch with when you need them the most.
Real Reviews
While Socialmeep does have reviews on their website, we’re not sure that they’re technically legit. They’ve gone to great lengths to make their reviews look legit, but at the end of the day, we think that they have just been made up.
There is not enough about the reviewer’s for us to trust them implicitly, and there is always a chance they have paid somebody to write good things about them. We wouldn’t trust reviews like this and suggest you look elsewhere online to see if you can find anything else about them.

This is a basic one that most websites should have, especially if they are selling a product or service through the site. We couldn’t see any evidence that Socialmeep has secured their payment system, which means that they can’t guarantee the safety of your payment information.
We don’t recommend giving away sensitive information like this on any website that can’t secure their payment system.

We don’t like them.
Among all of the negative things that we have discussed in the review above, the one thing that stands out to us the most is that they are actually super familiar to us.
We believe that they are SocialCaptain’s new service, another Instagram growth service that has been shut down in the past because they had a really bad reputation.
This is more than enough for us, along with everything else we found that Socialmeep is lacking, saying that we don’t think they’re worth your time.
We think that you could do a lot better elsewhere, so if you care about your Instagram’s reputation, avoid companies like this.

Definitely stay away. I can’t cancel my account despite them promising they would (you can’t cancel directly from your account). I’m going to have to cancel my credit card.
Complete scam, stay away! I signed up with them initially without reading reviews, and something told me to read the reviews. After I saw all the bad reviews I immediately sent multiple emails requesting everything to be canceled, but they refused. So I got American Express to cancel them and refund my money. But then they billed me a second time and somehow produced documentation showing they were justified in doing so and American Express sided with them 2nd time. If they were a legit company, they would’ve returned my money the first time I disputed, and wouldn’t try to bill me again even though I won the first dispute. Stay away, they are a complete fraud
I only know now that Social Meep infringed HyperAuditor’s site. Had I known this earlier I would have avoided them entirely. I spent close to a hundred bucks with them, with what they promised as targeted and tailored for my profile. None of the work delivered to ne felt tailored or anything close to professional. Their site has several red flags and I was too blind to see them.
I signed up to these guys in the hope they could help me, even though I read terrible reviews beforehand. Big mistake. At first, my numbers started to rise, around 90 followers a day. Some of which, I have to say were genuinely real. Most of them were bots and fake accounts (around 80%). Then my account stopped working halfway through the month. I ended up with 16 days where I wasn’t even receiving fake followers! Getting them to refund the money has been like getting blood from a stone (still no refund 14 days later). THEN this month, despite cancelling online and deleting my account they have charged me AGAIN. All I can say is to avoid these scammers DO NOT risk it. Keep your money in your account and shop around
Absolute scam, do not waste your time or money! The worst experience of customer service. I signed up under the premise of genuine followers as that is what they advertise.. Oh I did receive followers, not genuine ones though! All bots, I had to unfollow to avoid losing my Instagram credibility! When I reported the issue to Socialmeep they were very fast to say that I agreed to wait 14 days and then I can request a refund, however because I had requested 3 days in, I would not receive one. So basically they want you to use the service for 14 days, amass bots, ruin your credibility and then maybe they will issue a refund. The lack of logic in the business model is outstanding. Don’t even try to ask for a refund, they will only “consult with accounts and get back to you.” You will press them for several weeks, receive the same responses and go round and round until one of you dies… honestly, it is not worth it and Trust Pilot should promptly remove any positive review as they are clearly fake. This is a fake company, with no business address and you cannot review them on google. Please take this warning people, Social Meep is a complete scam and the biggest waste of time!!!!
Social Meep is a SCAM!!! There’s NO difference between them and those sites where you buy followers – which is false. I enrolled in the middle program which is $99 a month and I started getting hundreds of fake followers even though I was promised real followers and organic growth. They ask you to list accounts of competitors in order to target their followers as well – NONE of it is true!! Once I realized this, I reached out to them several times. I spoke with David, Emeril, and Bryson – all promised to grant me a FREE experts month ($300 USD) value – I was so happy and considered moving permanently to the EXPERTS program. TWO WEEKS – NOBODY and NO EXPERTS and many unanswered emails. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Social MEEP and the Team are a SCAM!!
The first time I visited their site I was enticed by the organic and no bots they openly advertise. As someone who is not well versed or I guess you could say not well informed I took the bait. Is this something you just go trial and error? Like you just wade through a ton of crap til you get the right one? They had a 14 day growth guarantee that I did not feel the benefits of at all.
