Socially Go is an Instagram third-party marketing business. They sell Instagram engagement that includes likes and follows.
Each of their price points reflects a tangible amount of followers, so how much you spend on your engagement depends entirely on how big you want to take your business Instagram page.
While a lot of these companies are worth using, there are also many out there that raise red flags for us.
One of these red flags would be the risk of selling fake engagement that’s going to hurt your account more than help it.

A Review of Socially Go
We’ll begin with the positives:
- Visible Pricing: most of these companies are really good at making their different price points visible so you can see them. It’s important to know what you’re paying for and where your money’s going before you commit to anything, so this is definitely a plus. It’s a good step in the right direction and one of the first things we like to tick off the list.
Now, let’s take a look at the negatives:
- Secure Site: usually this is one of the first positive features we like to tick off the list, so it’s unfortunate that it’s appearing on the negative side of Socially Go’s review. Having a secure site is the first thing you should think about when running a business online. It means that your client’s information will be protected from hackers, and you’ll rank better on Google.
- FAQ and Help Page: this company doesn’t seem to be too interested in the customer service side of things. While they do have a contact email where you can message them directly, they don’t have anything on their site that even remotely resembles an FAQ and help page. This means you have to look elsewhere on the internet for information about them, which doesn’t bode well.
- 24/7 Customer Support: it feels somewhat redundant saying this, but if you hadn’t already guessed it Socially Go have also left out a customer support team who you can chat to on a 24-hour basis. It’s been made pretty clear that Socially Go aren’t too concerned with their accountability levels.
- Email and Phone Form: because all of this company’s price points are one-off payments, they won’t be including a phone and email form for you to fill out. This is just another level of accountability that shows us Socially Go isn’t too concerned about the welfare of their clients.
- Real Reviews: this feature is quite interesting. Socially Go have made, in our opinion, a sad attempt at having some ‘real’ reviews on their website, which you can see if you scroll down a bit on the homepage. However, it becomes pretty apparent after reading just one of these that these reviews are in fact fake and do not reflect any real experiences.
Is Socially Go a Scam? Is Socially Go Safe?
We don’t believe that Socially Go is safe to use.
They have put the absolute minimal amount of effort into making their website both safe and accountable to the customer.
It’s clear to us that they only have on intention, and that’s selling their services in order to get your money.
What’s more, these services are only going to damage your Instagram account.
We can’t emphasize more how much you shouldn’t associate yourself with a company like this and look elsewhere instead for your Instagram marketing.
