SocialFlight is an Instagram growth service that provides your account with Instagram likes and followers through engagement on your behalf.
They claim to be able to provide you with the continuous growth of followers and say that the followers they attract to your page are real and genuine.
They say that their team is a group of professionals that have the time to do your marketing for you, at a cost that is competitive with other third-party companies out there.
A Review of SocialFlight
First, we’ll talk about their positives
- Secure Site: Social Flight has remembered one of the most important levels of security when it comes to running a successful business online – securing their site with https. This gives them a better chance of reaching your through Google search engines and keeps the customer’s information safer as well.
- Visible Prices: we did find a thorough description of each of Social Flights packages and different price points. While they aren’t the most affordable we’ve come across, they’re also not the most expensive so they fall somewhere in the middle when it comes to how much they’ll set you back.
- 24/7 Customer Service: Social Flight does seem to have a chat box that is accessible to you outside of normal business hours. While some of these third-party companies shut their chat boxes down when it’s past a certain time, we believe that you can talk to someone at any time of the day or night.
- Real Reviews: we are confident when we say that Social Flights reviews on their website are real. They’ve included real Instagram names to back up quotes, and they also mention how many followers these pages have accrued since signing up for their services. This appears to be genuine and authentic.
Now, we’ll run through the negatives
- FAQ and Help Page: we couldn’t find an FAQ and help page anywhere. While they take the time to explain exactly how their services work and what’s involved, they haven’t taken the time to include common FAQ’s that potential clients may have.
- Email and Phone Form: we couldn’t find an email and phone form anywhere on Social Flights website. This is unfortunate and a level of accountability that’s important if you want to make the customer feel prioritized.
- Verified Payment Gateways: unfortunately, Social Flight doesn’t seem to have authenticated their payment gateways. This is an important step that they’re missing out – you don’t want to share important information like credit card details if the payment gateway isn’t secure, so this in itself is a deal breaker.
Is SocialFlight a Scam? Is SocialFlight Safe?
In summary, we don’t believe that SocialFlight is safe to use.
While they may look appealing based on their website, appearances can be deceptive. They haven’t put enough effort into making sure that the customer’s information is going to be secure, and there are doubts about the authenticity of the followers that they sell you.
Best to leave this one and look for something that’s going to be more trustworthy.
