They show their price points for both TikTok and Instagram, and they appear just to have one price point for each social media page – $99 a month. This means that you don’t get to choose your price point or your features either, which is a little disappointing.
- FAQ and help page: it’s great that they have put their FAQs on their website – but we would have preferred to see them on another part of their site. What’s strang through is that when you scroll down further beyond where you see ‘Frequently Asked Questions,’ you won’t actually see anything initially obvious. We don’t know what this is about, but we do know that you need FAQs to be a decent company.
Negatives:
- 24/7 customer support: Social Buddy does say that they have an email form that you can fill out for customer support, but what they’re lacking is around the clock customer support. There aren’t too many companies out there that can offer this, so we think there’s a pretty good chance you won’t get it with them.
- Email and phone form: we couldn’t see an email and phone form anywhere to speak of.
- Real reviews: this one is a tough one because they could potentially offer real reviews on their homepage – but they could have paid for them as well. We think that there’s a good chance they’ve paid for them, but at the end of the day, it’s up to you to decide what you think.

So, should you use Social Buddy for your Instagram and TikTok growth? Ultimately, we don’t think so. While they have made a bit of an effort on their website, and we do think that they are putting in effort into their existing clients, we don’t think that they offer anything original or unique.
Sadly, Social Buddy is one of those services that have stopped effectively working on Instagram. Due to the updates in Instagram’s algorithms, this company and those like it are experiencing major issues.
Not only is this not allowed on Instagram, we suspect they are also engaging in the same way on TikTok, which again, is not the best way to manage your social media accounts.
They’re just like all the other companies that sell their clients an automated bot. This can help your account’s growth to a certain extent, but at the same time, it’s going to put your account at risk of being banned. Better to find something else that is unique and original with its features.

I just subscribe Social Buddy this month not even 1 week, I sent two emails with different detailed questions, and the reply were exactly the same which you can tell they didn’t read my questions at all or just ignore me and not wanting to answer them or a bot.
Until I replied with complaints and cancel right away the service (within 1 wk), then it seems to attract them to use a real person to reply me with very offending tones and attitude.
Here are the reasons I provide when I cancel the service:

1. The support team is not very supportive at all. None of my questions were answered.
2. You make me follow a lot of perverts and sugar daddies who harass me in dms.
Here’s what this real person appears to be a male chauvinist pig replied 7h ago:

There’s no shortage of creeps on the internet and that’s not our fault. Also, you do have quite a few suggestive photos on your site and that will certainly lead to more of those issues.
I also looked at the email exchanges with our team your questions were answered in a timely manner every time. (→ using a irrelevant excuse to defend themselves, which my complaint was not answering my questions where I also indicated detaily in my email.)
I’ve refunded your payment and wish you the best of luck.”
The audacity this “support” has, you pay highly to their service and they treat you like shit.
As a small time book author, I thought getting some IG growth assistance from Social Buddy is the answer to all my prayers. Not true. Not even remotely true! Did not get anything out of it.
Tiktok services by Social Buddy where they said they know how to effectively promote the account with out being too salesy is well, not here. Because it was indeed true I would not be hangrily typing this problem out! Yes hungy and angry is a word.. in its own little way
What bothers me is how am I supposed to get a refund or at least get an explanation as to why my followers are dropping when their is no clear way to get a hold of Customer Support. My last resort would be asking my bank to do a chargeback because I clearly did not get the service that was promised to me nor as they advertised.
I used Social buddy a couple months back and it seemed to work for me just fine. Then I didn’t use my account for a while and when I decided to get back to it, I got another month’s subscription, but the growth was not what it was before. It really went downhill since I last used it.
MY ACCOUNT IS BANNED. So buyer beware, buyer be informed. If you want to be like me, looking for a miracle to get your IG account restored then be my guest. Why are they still in f***ing business? Seriously.
Yup, just another automation bot, as I suspected. It’s kinda hard to detect these now that they all pretend to be legit services but they don’t give any organic growth. It used to work a few years ago but now Instagram is very strict with using bots and automating any actions.
There was no organic growth as promised. Mostly just fake accounts and bots. Furthermore, on some days I wouldn’t get any new followers at all. Where are the promised 10 to 50 daily? I wonder if someone from Social Buddy would be so kind as to explain. Too bad they neglect to reply to emails as well as to deliver on their promises.

I contacted them several times for a refund and kept receiving automated emails only.
I was stupid enough to try them out knowing some of the bad reviews that have already been made calling them out for their poor services. It’s not the money lost that bothers me but the time I’ve spent and the potential damage it may have caused my account.
I am unhappy with Social Buddy, I may have gained followers but they don’t seem like a lot of thought was made into the followers added. They don’t look legitimate and it actually leaves a bad impression on my profile. I would rather have them gone.
I regret ordering SocialBuddy’s service. You will only receive fake growth and engagement from fraudulent Instagram accounts. All the good reviews talking about this company are scams, don’t believe any of them, and be careful when using services like this.
Social Buddy does not perform as promised; it claims to help its clients organically grow their Instagram account, but the followers that we got were fake and inactive. They will start disappearing after three days and you’re only going to lose your money! IT’S A SCAM.
Ridiculously expensive automation bot. I expected to get a decent service for such a price, but it was the exact opposite. For a monthly plan of almost $100, I want organic growth and engagement. These are just random accounts with low activity, probably fake. Not worth what I paid for it.
Spam, scam. By all means, do not engage with this joke of a business. They charged me for another month when I have informed them that their promised growth has not reflected at all. They say it may take time because of the niche I’m in but I did not ask to be on another month. Sigh…. even my 2 year old could follow better instructions.
My Titkok Account is suspended as we speak, this is after a huge mountain of followers I purchased for my account. They said those were real people so why would that be detrimental to my account. This is a really bad experience, and thankfully that Tiktok account was new. I would be furious if it was a larger account and it ends up being suspended.
