OVERALL I WAS ENJOYING THE SERVICE WITH INSTAMIGOS UNTIL TODAY WHEN I CONTACTED THEIR CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THE INSTANT DM NOT WORKING AND THE LAST MESSAGE WAS SENT 2 DAYS. LUMI WAS VERY RUDE AFTER I EXPRESSED MY DISLIKE OF THE DM’S NO LONGER BEING SENT.
I WAS TOLD BY LUMI THAT THERE WERE DM LIMITS AND EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT. I ADVISED THAT NOT EVERYONE DOES AND IF THEY PROVIDE INSTANT DM SERVICE, THEY SHOULD AT LEAST GIVE SOME INFORMATION TO US SO WE KNOW TO TURN IT OFF ON OCCASION. SHE TELLS ME THAT’S MY WAY OF THINKING AND EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THIS, IT’S VERY SIMPLE.
LUMI THEN SAYS IF I THINK THE SERVICE IS NOT BENEFICIAL THEN THERE WAS NO NEED FOR FURTHER DISCUSSION AND THEN FOLLOWS WITH “I’M NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU.” LUMI THEN TELLS ME I SHOULD HAVE A FRIENDLY APPROACH AFTER I SAID SHE WASN’T VERY NICE WITH HER RESPONSES TO ME. SHE THEN SAYS I AM THE CUSTOMER THAT DOES NOT APPRECIATE THE SERVICE. I SAID HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS BEING RUDE AND I WOULD BE SAVING THE CHAT. SHE TELLS ME TO DO WHAT EVER I WANT.
I ASKED HER TO STOP RESPONDING AND SHE REPLIED “DON’T TELL ME WHAT TO DO AND I CAN UNSUBSCRIBE RIGHT AWAY IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE SERVICE.” THEN PROCEEDS TO SAY “GOOD LUCK FINDING SOMETHING BETTER LOL.” THEN AFTER I SAID A FEW CHOICE WORDS, THEN SHE WANTS TO HELP AND SAY SHE SENT MY REQUEST TO THE TECH TEAM TO LOOK INTO MY DM ISSUE. I TOLD HER NO NEED, I WANTED MY SERVICE CANCELLED. SHE THEN SAYS SHE IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO DO THAT AND TELLS ME TO UNSUBSCRIBE MYSELF.
