They begin their description as ‘the only company in the world’ which is a pretty confident statement to make. They claim that not only can they run your Instagram for you, but they can also give you all the tools you need to make sure that your Instagram is the best one out there.
Again, a lot of bold claims which means they’ve got a lot to live up to. Let’s see if they have managed to do so in our review.
A Review of Insta Marketing Experts
First, we’ll talk about the positives:
- Visible Prices: Insta Marketing Experts have managed to include their price points, albeit on their homepage – however, we don’t think we’ve come across any that are more expensive. For hundreds of dollars a month you can have their team of ‘experts’ take over your Instagram, except we don’t know too many people that have this kind of money to spend. This should be the first red flag.
Now, let’s run through the negatives:
- Secure Site: it’s almost laughable at this point reading the claims that this company has made on their homepage because their website is turning out to be anything but. They haven’t even ensured that its https secure, which tells us one thing – they don’t plan on being around for too long. It also means that your information won’t be safe on their database.
- FAQ and Help Page: we couldn’t see anywhere on their site that had some FAQs that other people had already asked them. While this isn’t the end of the world, it is unusual – this is a basic feature that most companies need to have.
- 24/7 Customer Service: we’re a little confused by this one because when you first visit the site, they do have a chat box which allows you to contact them whenever you need it. However, we highly doubt it’s 24/7, and if you do get a response straight away there’s a good chance that it’s going to be a bot.
- Email and Phone Form: we briefly mentioned earlier that we don’t think these guys want to stick around for too long. For this reason, it’s no surprise to us that they haven’t got a phone and email form – this is the type of accountability that’s usually seen in companies who plan on being around for the long-term.
- Real Reviews: the reviews they’ve featured on their homepage are quite clearly not genuine. They have just a first name associated with them, and they seem to be pretty generic. We don’t think that they’re real, so we recommend in the very least taking them with a grain of salt.
- Verified Gateways: this is perhaps the most integral security measure you could have on a website. Authenticating your payment gateways means that you’re committed to making sure your client’s credit card information is safe from hackers.

We think it’s clear at this point that this is the type of company that’s not safe to use.
Ideally, you want to avoid it altogether, and save yourself some trouble – and money. We can’t believe how much they are charging for their services, especially considering they’re nothing more than your average Instagram bot.
Without all the essential features we’ve talked about above, there’s no way that this company can provide a reputable service to a long list of happy customers. Try looking elsewhere for your engagement instead.

Beyond the things we’ve mentioned previously, another issue that we have with Insta Marketing Experts is their name. Instagram have copyrighted both ‘insta’ and ‘gram’ which means that they are in clear violation of this.
